Are you a jewelry manufacturer?

Yes, we’re a 925 sterling silver jewelry manufacturer based in Bangkok, Thailand. Our factory address is:

Do you have offices / representatives outside Thailand?

No, we do not have any offices nor representatives outside Bangkok, Thailand.

How can I arrange a factory visit?

If you are interested in visiting our factory, please email us to arrange one.



Are your prices wholesale prices?

Our prices are factory-direct prices, there is no intermediary (for example, a wholesaler) and so you are getting a better price than wholesale.

Can I get a better price if I order large quantities?

Yes, if you need a large quantity of the same SKU please email us so we can send you a quotation.

What are your accepted payment methods?

Our accepted payment methods are telegraphic transfer (T/T), PayPal (there is a 4.40% service fee from PayPal that is not included in the prices we offer) or cash (Thai baht, US dollars or Euros in the case you decide to pick up your order).

Do I pay for my order directly on your website?

No, payments are not processed on our website. T/T payments are send bank to bank and PayPal payments are made directly from your PayPal account to ours. You will receive our financial information on an email after we have reviewed your order.



Is all your jewelry made with 925 Sterling Silver?

Yes, all our jewelry is made genuine 925 sterling silver. We manufacture all jewelry with an alloy containing a minimum 92.5% silver. Our jewelry is NOT a base metal with silver plating.

Your website lists jewelry as silver plated. Is this also genuine 925 sterling silver?

Yes, jewelry listed as “silver plated” is made with genuine 925 sterling silver. Silver plated only means the item has an additional silver coating to make the particular design look whiter and shinier.

Do you have stock?

No, we don’t have stock. All jewelry is produced after an order is placed.

Are all your products nickel and lead free?

Yes, all our jewelry is nickel and lead free.

Will all my jewelry be stamped “925”?

Most of our jewelry bears the “925” stamp. There are a few products that do not have the stamp due to space limitations or risking damaging the item. In case you must have all your jewelry stamped “925” please let us know before you place your order.

Can you put my logo on the jewelry I order?

Yes, we can apply your brand logo on the jewelry for an additional fee; the 2 options available are laser engraving and manual stamping. After you have made a selection of jewelry in your shopping cart, please email us your logo so that we that we can check the cost for you.

Can I ask for a modification to an existing design?

Yes, we can accommodate modifications that do not structurally modify the item such as a different finding, pendant bail, plating thickness and the like. Please email us before you place your order in case you need an item to be modified.

How thick is the gold plating applied in your products?

The prices for gold plated items listed on our website are for 18k flash plating, about 0.25 microns in thickness. However we can also do 1, 2, or 3 microns if you need better quality.

Why does silver jewelry tarnish?

Silver tarnishing naturally occurs when the silver reacts to elements in the air, mainly sulfur and chlorine. It’s a natural phenomenon that can be slowed down by proper storage (away from furnaces water sources) and careful handling of jewelry.

How can I clean my silver jewelry?

Tarnish can be easily cleaned off especially when detected early, careful polishing with a silver jewelry polishing cloth is often sufficient.

Do you offer any type of protective finishes / coatings?

Yes, we offer Electro Anti-tarnish and E-coat. If you need your jewelry to have any of these coatings please email us for a quotation.

Can you provide packaging for my jewelry?

All our products come packaged individually inside plastic bags for protection. In case you need special packaging options for your jewelry, please let us know in advance (there will be an extra fee since it will cost time and labor).



What are your minimums?

The minimum order amount is USD750.00 and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) per SKU is 30 pieces. In the case of rings the required MOQ per SKU can be a mix of 5 pieces each size.

Can you send me jewelry samples?

All jewelry is made after an order is placed and so we do not have samples available. If you definitely must have samples, please email us for a solution.

How can I place an order?

Do you require a deposit to start production?

Yes, we require a deposit of 30% of the order total to start production.

How long does it take to manufacture my jewelry?

The normal manufacturing time for an order is 6-8 weeks. In very unusual cases due to unexpected circumstances it could take up to 8-11 weeks.

Do you provide photos of my purchased jewelry?

Yes, feel free to download the photos straight from our website only of those products you have purchased.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, it’s possible to cancel your order if production has not yet begun. Please contact us ASAP in case you decide to cancel an order.

How can I make a return?

Can you produce my own jewelry design(s)?

Yes, we specialize in OEM / ODM silver jewelry. The MOQ is normally 200 – 300 pieces per design and a development fee for each design of US$ 90 – 150 may apply. If you need a quotation please email us your CAD/3D files and/or diagrams with dimensions of your design.



How long does delivery of my jewelry take?

In most cases delivery of your package takes anywhere from 5-7 business days.
COVID-19 Notice: The global pandemic has caused restrictions in transport capacity throughout the world, and so currently packages are taking longer than 5-7 business days to be delivered. Thank you for your understanding, we hope the situation normalizes within this year.

Will my package be insured?

Yes, all packages are shipped insured in the event of a loss.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee depends on the volume and final weight of the package, it will be displayed at checkout. We ship packages everyday but Sundays via UPS, FedEx and DHL.

Can you estimate my import duty?

No, import duties/tax depend on the destination country and are the responsibility of the receiver. Please contact the Customs Department in your country to inquire about import procedures and cost.




How can I reset a forgotten password?

Can I change my login email address?

Yes, log in to your account and visit your Information page, you can also change your password if desired.

How can I reorder my jewelry?

Visit your Orders page after logging in to our website and click on the reorder button.

How can I see your newest jewelry?

Please click here and make sure you select “Newest on Top” from the drop-down menu. The latest jewelry will be listed first.
