How to order wholesale sterling silver jewelry?
Ordering from our silver jewelry website is simple and convenient. Start by browsing our extensive collection of sterling silver pieces and adding your desired items to the cart. Once you've made your selections, proceed to checkout, where you'll provide your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. After reviewing your order, confirm your purchase, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is ready to help. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience as you restock your inventory with our high-quality silver jewelry.
Please read the information below before place your order.
All the jewelry is made to order, the MOQ per model is 30pcs/prs. After you place the order we will request a 30% deposit to start production, orders take around 6-8 weeks to be ready.
Minimum order amount per invoice is $750.00 USD.
You can send you payment via Telegraphic bank transfer (TT) to our bank account. Also is possible to send payments via PayPal but they charge a 4.40% service fee that is not included in the prices we offer.
Please note all jewelry prices are in US dollars (USD).
To complete your order please follow these steps:
1. If you don’t have an account with us, please create a new customer account by filling the registration form at,

You’ll receive an email to verify your email address. You can enter your billing and shipping addresses after your first login at the my account page,

2. Log in to our website by clicking on the login icon here,

3. If you haven't done so, please enter your company information and address by going to MY ACCOUNT > DASHBOARD and clicking on the "EDIT ADDRESS" link.
If necessary don't forget to edit your shipping address.
You can always add new addresses by going to the MY ACCOUNT > ADDRESSES page and clicking on the "ADD NEW ADDRESS" button.
4. Select your jewelry in either of the following ways:
- Browsing our complete catalog under the "JEWELRY" section by type of jewelry, finishing or theme,
- Browsing selected collections under the "COLLECTIONS" section,
- Browsing our newly uploaded designs under the "NEW" section,
- If you have any completed order, you can click the "Reorder" button on the view order page to add to cart,
- Using our quick order product table (for logged in customers) or
- Searching for a keyword / SKU number on the search box on top of any product listings page.
5. After you've completed your selection of jewelry, please click on the shopping cart icon on the top right-hand side of any page.
You'll have the option of:
- Edit cart: you can modify quantities, delete an item or,
- Proceed to checkout.
6. On the single checkout page select your desired shipping and billing address, you also have an option to type a note to us regarding the order in the field provided.
7. Our current shipping method is by courier service 5-7 days delivery time, please select the desired service (note: the shipping cost shown is an estimation, the final shipping cost will be calculated when the order is ready to ship) .
8. Bank transfer (T/T) is pre-selected for the payment method. If you'd like to use another payment method, please select bank transfer, finish placing the order and send us an email.
9. Please review all information and click on the "PLACE ORDER" button.
10. Thank you, your order has been sent. If for some reason you don't see our emails on your inbox, please check your spam/junk email folder. If after checking the spam/junk email folder there is no email, please contact us.
