WARRANTY AND RETURNS POLICY

WARRANTY

ProSilver Jewelry Co., Ltd. hereby warrant that all produced jewelry is free from defective or inferior materials and workmanship for 10 days after the date of courier delivery. Within the warranty period, if you find:

  • A defect on any item caused by production or packaging,
  • An item or items sent to you which you did not order,
  • An item or items received in the incorrect size or color.

Please do not send any item back right away, please email us first with a description and photos of the defect/problem ASAP. We agree to promptly follow up and get back to you with remedial options. 

 

RETURNS

Merchandise may not be returned unless a return authorization is issued in advance and in written form. Once authorized, upon the receipt of the defective items, ProSilver Jewelry Co., Ltd. will refund 100% of the returned item(s) value or if you wish, we will provide you with store credit on your next order. There will not be any restocking fee charges.

In case the item’s defect is determined to have been unequivocally caused by ProSilver Jewelry Co., Ltd. we agree to additionally refund or issue store credit to you for the return shipping cost.
